"I called Room Mates to inquire about a specific brand of solar shades. Cindy was very helpful and we made an appointment. She did call me to give me a rough estimate of the cost and made sure it was in my budget which I could take a number of ways, but since the business was over a half-hour drive I could only assume that she had other customers waste her time not knowing costs. Anyway, I digress. She came and had many good samples and also a lot of knowledge and I ended up ordering solar blinds for my living room. They arrived a few days late, but she had them installed very soon and I am very happy with the result. Everyone who comes over says how nice they are. I would definitely recommend Room Mates if you need quality window treatments."
